Scenario

During Login, after entering your number, you see the following screen:

Potential fixes

This message is most likely shown when you are using a mobile number that has no account for the EIDU Field app.
Try all the numbers you use, including private numbers to see which one it might be.
Contact the product support team by filling in the Product support
to find out what the actual number you are registered with.
