1. Fill in the participant report

After the end of your project, you will receive an automatically generated participant report

Fill it within 30 days! It is mandatory to receive your survey, and it is an important feedback for us. Please mention all the positive and the negative (if any) aspects of your volunteering project, so Egyesek can continue improving in the future

2. Travel reimbursement

After filling in the participant report, provide your travel tickets accordingly to the

Egyesek Travel Reimbursement Guide⁠

3. Follow-up, continue your learning process

We are committed to supporting more and more young people to participate in volunteering projects or training opportunities. That’s why we will invite you to participate to events where you can talk about your experience and encourage other young people to embark on similar journeys!

Besides, our door is open for you anytime! You are welcome to join new volunteering prospects, training opportunities, youth exchanges, or any other project we may promote on social media.
