From the usability testing, we got to understand that:
Registration process has exceeded its usability score to improve from 3.9 to 4.8. It means customers feel way more excited using the new interface than the existing offline registration flow.
Customers’ most used features being way more acessible made its usability score as follows: Balance checking (4.5 out of 5), Money transfer (4.6 out of 5), Transaction history / mutasi (4.5 out of 5).
New proposed features desirability: Saku (4.1)
Overall experience seems to improved from the score of 4.4 to 4.8
