Reinvent BCA Mobile

The largest financial institution in Indonesia, BCA, would like to relaunch their existing app.
This is because the app is OUTDATED in terms of functionalities, UI and overall experience. While at the same time, competition is getting fierce.
BCA needs to compete with banks and even startups that are leading with NEW ATTRACTIVE INNOVATION & EXPERIENCE DESIGN for digital generation which BCA lacks of.
Therefore, the app needs a new edge.
Though, BCA is a firm believer in “Personal” banking and need us to rethink the existing mobile app from scratch.
