See the instructions below for each section to understand how the Log Book works. A few records in each table are there for example and should be deleted once you start using it! If after a while you want to delete this section, log into Coda on your desktop. Then delete it by clicking on the 3 dot menu next to it’s name in the side bar. Be careful not to delete anything else or any other pages!
Use this section to add paintings to your Log Book, add to your Wish List, or look up paintings by name. Once you use the painting look up, you can start a timer and end the time if you’d like to keep track of your painting time per project and you can also edit information for anything in your Log Book right there.
The Master Table has all your paintings listed with all columns shown. This page is locked so that you can add rows, delete rows, modify rows or push buttons but you won’t be able to delete the table by accident.
This is your Wish List of diamond paintings that you want. Once you have purchased them, hit the button to move them over into your Log Book. You’ll then need to fill in the rest of the information either from the Master List or from the Home Page. This page is where you can look up your paintings from your Log Book by the drill type: Round ⭕ or Square 🟥. This page is locked so that you can add rows, delete rows, modify rows or push buttons but you won’t be able to delete the table by accident.
This page is where you can look up your paintings from your Log Book by the company you bought it from. This page is locked so that you can add rows, delete rows, modify rows or push buttons but you won’t be able to delete the table by accident.
This Page has the company List. You can add new companies you have bought paintings from in that table in order for them to show up in the drop down in your Log Book. This page is locked so that you can add rows, delete rows, modify rows or push buttons but you won’t be able to delete the table by accident.
