Weekly set-up with IDEAS for how to study around a full-time work/student schedule
Come up with a specific, reachable goal each week. Make these timing, accuracy, and/or question type-oriented, and structure many of your tasks throughout the week to work towards these goals. Ideas include: Mastering MC and AP questions types, getting +2/3 more right on LG, finishing all 4 RC passages under the ideal timing indicators (first 2 in 15 min last 2 in 20), etc. Goal for week: LR: +2 more right focusing on flaw LG: master grouping with sequencing so that I get +3 more RC: master author’s position/inference questions (MSS for LR) Tasks you plan to complete by the end of the week: 0-2 PTs per week 1 full timed LG 1 full untimed LG 1 full untimed RC 1 full timed RC 1 full untimed LR (add timed if you want but I’d focus more on half-and-half drills for LR timing) UNTIMED > TIMED RC (x2? if you can!) 10 4-5 star MC and AP questions untimed (focus on mastery) 10 4-5 star MC and AP questions timed (2 min/q, focus on transferring mastery to time limit) 10 4-5 star SA, NA, and PSA questions untimed (focus on mastery) 10 4-5 star SA, NA, and PSA questions timed (2 min/q, focus on transferring mastery to time limit) All 6 parts of the half-and-half drills: first 15 LR in 15 min / 1.5 time: 22.5 min last 11 LR in 20 min / 1.5: 30 min first 2 games in 15 min last 2 games in 20 min first 2 passages in 15 last 2 passages in 20 “Bare minimum” ideas to ease back into studying: Mini LSAT: 5-10 LR questions, 1 game, 1 RC passage (make them all easy if you really are hating the LSAT that day... easy is better than nothing and you will keep getting faster at the easy stuff to save time for the hard stuff! Warm-ups: any of the easier half-and-half drills Re-read a passage you have already read and jot down a bullet point for structure, content, and author’s position for each paragraph. Even if you remember the answers, go through the questions and see how much of a difference the strong read makes! 15 min of dense reading on a topic you don’t like
