This role requires a unique mix of marketing and operations experience, including:
Relevant experience in digital marketing, sales, funnel building, copywriting, or content marketing
A passion for capturing moments of genius on video, photo and written word and turning them into inspirational and educational content such as blogs, long form video and social media.
An uncanny ability to turn a marketing story into a creative campaign
Coordinating with clients, video producers and designers to help them deliver quality marketing content
Giving feedback on content pieces delivered by all content contributors, including clients.
Project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Ability to copywrite for sales funnels it is a massive plus!
Passion for NoCode Automation, automated email marketing etc a massive plus.
Understanding of the technical implementation of funnel buildout, including design, domains, tracking, email setup, automation, product delivery, SMS sequences, etc.
Spectacular written and verbal communication
Editing, proofreading, formatting, grammar skills
Master of execution with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously whilst ensuring quality and customer success
Ability to work well under pressure and with time restraints
Familiarity with Dropbox and Slack
Familiarity with project management systems (knowledge of “Coda.io or Notion” is a plus)
Tenacious, self-motivated attitude
Results-driven and accountable
The content marketing manager should consider website content, company blog, external content publications, social media campaigns, email campaigns, print materials (such as brochures), advertisements, and other marketing communications when working on the plan, as well as be able to exclude those that are not suitable at all.
A typical day
This role requires you to work remotely on tasks including:
Devising long-term business strategies, campaign planning, marketing angles, creative briefings for writers, designers, and the technical team alongside our CEO Duane
Collaboratively Crafting client strategies and narratives with CEO
Content Writing for Blogs, scripts, videos, and social media posts
Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Following content marketing trends
Selecting and editing video content for our video producer
collaborating with a remote team that includes contractors in many different time zones
Creating and updating SOPs and other internal documentation that reflects our work, standardizes our methods and drives our future successes
Providing client support and nurturing client relationships through phone and email
Taking authority to manage company resources, for example by outsourcing creative tasks
Editing and reviewing marketing content created by our team and clients
Instilling quality control throughout the organization
