These promotions usually take between 1-3 weeks of being a Senior Barista! Once promoted you become a Management Intern (Also known as a senior LR) where you undergo a management internship to join our MR team!RequirementsBe a Senior Barista for at least 1 week.Show consistent activity.Work well in teams.Able to answer questions/deal with situations in the Cafè.Understanding of our rules and procedures.Show’s leadership qualities.ApplicationsDolcè has management applications which open quarterly we’re your able to apply and skip right to a management rank. When looking at applications we consider a variety of factors such as experience, activity, and more! Those who pass applications will also have to undergo an internship before being ranked! Applications are announced on our communications server, if open it will be shown in our communications server!Executive Intern Information Interested in joining our HR team? Well we have a few pathways that can get you to your goal! Promotion from ManagerOne way to join our HR team is to get a promotion from Manager! These promotions usually take a few months of being a Manager! Applications are announced on our communications server, if open it will be shown in our communications server!Rank InformationGuest Ranks (GRs)Guest, Customer, Noted Customer, TraineeGuest rank’s are able to enjoy what Dolcè has to offer without working!Lower Ranks (LRs)Junior Barista, Barista, Senior Barista, Management AssistantJunior Barista, Barista, and Senior Barista are able to work behind the counters to serve guests and make order. They do not have any other responsibilities.Management Assistant’s are able to do the same roles as Barista’s however they are also required to supervise, and handle situation’s as they would if they were an MR. Middle Ranks (MRs)Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager, Executive InternSupervisor-Manager are tasked with supervising the Cafè, handling/defusing situations, and maintaining a calm and friendly environment. Additionally these ranks have requirements, and training permissions.Executive Intern is a temporary rank used during executive internship’s. To obtain this rank you must either fill an application (Opens twice a year) or get promoted from manager. Read Executive Intern Information for more info!TrainingsSupervisor+ - Train Trainee’sAssistant Manager+ - Co-Host SessionsManager+ - Host Sessions—RequirementsSupervisor-Executive Intern - 10+ Minute’s Daily @ the Cafè, 3 Training’s a week.High Ranks(HRs)Executive Assistant, Executive Officer, Board of DirectorsExecutive Assistants oversee the promotions of MR staff, while executive officers over see the promotions to Executive InternHRs are also required to join a department, such as Human Resources or Public Relations, this become their main focus at Dolcè. Board of Directors oversee Executive Assistant’s and Executive Officers, and their work, along with overseeing the group and helping to make important group decisions.Leadership Team/Senior High Ranks(LR/SHRs)Vice President & PresidentThe role of the Leadership Team is to oversee the whole group and its operations. They make sure the overall operations of the group runs smoothly and efficiently.
