The recent Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021), which lead to lockdowns, stay-at-home orders and travel restrictions, quickly gave rise to virtual meetings, remote work, and increasing demand for technical talent - a major paradigm shift in the way many companies did business. At VetsinTech, we were ready and able to quickly pivot all of our programs and events to virtual/online formats that were able to meet the unique challenges and opportunities the pandemic presented. These included education and training programs, as well as corporate, networking and fundraising events. While many organizations, including some in the non-profit space, were negatively impacted by these changes, VetsinTech was fortunate enough to grow its community and maintain its focus. As a result, the organization has grown significantly in its scope and reach and has developed an ability to better deliver on its mission.
