This step allows the lead referrer to check that they are happy with the submission. They can view the practitioners and parent carer need forms and amend their own. They can see a merged view of all practitioner comments under each of the headings.
When they are happy then they can tick to submit to the assessor.
If the assessor is not happy that the submission is complete then it may come back to the referrer to add to their submission after which they can resubmit.
Once the assessor is happy then they will make their decision and all contributors will be informed by email and the decision detailed on this step.
