Case Contributor Role

Practitioners are identified as being parties involved with the child in one of the following roles, all of whom can contribute to the process of building a case:

SENCO

Early help lead

Teacher

Health Visitor

After the initial stage of the process has been completed, we need to

from any practitioner determined to be involved in the process. The case initiator may also be a case contributor.

A contributing practioner will be sent an email from which they can access the case
