Access the

Google Drive Document storage area⁠

This storage area is for all documents you want to add to IAGL

⁠

Adding new files

Select

⁠

button to view options

⁠

Select File upload

⁠

Copying document link URL

Option 1: Select the file, then select the link icon as shown below to copy link into the clipboard

Option 2: Right-click on the file and select “Get Link” to copy link into the clipboard

⁠

Paste link URL

With the document URL copied into your clipboard select the Webpart “Document” and under “Link” paste the URL from the clipboard

Want to print your doc?
This is not the way.

Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (

CtrlP

) instead.
