Why did Cred choose Moolya for Functional UI Testing?

One of the Tech Leads associated with Moolya on the Ola Cabs project, Swamy (now associated with Cred) Saw Moolya’s work and contributions towards functional UI on the project
Instigated him to approach Moolya for testing the Cred application which was slated for launch in the third quarter of 2018

How did we prevent bugs for them?

Started with a two-member team by applying:
Context driven testing techniques
Review mechanisms to have the test ideas reviewed with the developers before having a walk-through session with the Product Owner
Structured questioning methods to question the product specifications and suggested improvements before having the PRD finalized (Product Requirements Document)
Brought up risks upfront and suggested possible mitigation plans during the Application release standups
Supported with laying out the test processes and the release sign-off process is as per the below flow chart

As a part of each of the product enhancement releases slated to be pushed to production
Backward compatibility testing was done for all of the supported Android and IOS versions

Product Team feedback

The team team provided useful feedback regarding the UI of the product as per the device coverage which was mostly incorporated by the product team.
