My Current Focus: Right now, I am onboarding. Looking to learn from veteran and fresh faces of Yahoo! Starting with learning from the Culture Force Team to better understand our current company culture. If you want to chat any of the above...add time on my calendar!!

My core work values:
Collaboration
Innovation
Continuous Improvement
Inclusivity
Humor
Sometimes its the small things that are big
My Work Style: I believe in making decisions based on data, taking a human-centered approach to design, and creating solutions that can scale. I'm passionate about building a strong sense of belonging and ensuring work has meaning for everyone.
My "Nerd Out" Zones: These are the areas I'm particularly interested in and love to explore:
Onboarding: How to create fantastic first experiences for new team members.
Recognition & Rewards: Designing effective programs that truly appreciate and motivate people.
Communication in Global Organizations: The ins and outs of communicating effectively across different cultures and locations.
Culture: Understanding what makes a great workplace culture and how to nurture it.
Corporate Values: Making sure our company values are more than just words – they're how we operate.
What Works (and What Doesn't): I'm always curious about best practices and learning from both successes and challenges in the employee experience field.
What I Bring to the Team:
A fresh perspective
A strong passion for employee experience
A data-driven way of thinking

I am currently training for my 5th half marathon! But If you love to run and you want to chat with me about, I’m not your girl. I actually do not like running. I just like destination vacations and accomplishing hard things. Running specifically, I’m a hater. BUT I do like hiking.

I am planning for my wedding on July 25th! We will be getting married in Colorado in my hometown! My priorities: food, friends, and F-U-N!

One of the fall outs from the pandemic was my newest extracurricular activity, fostering cats. I love them, but not all of them to be honest. It truly is good work, we get them at their most feral and they destroy our home between 3 weeks and 6 months, until they are socialized enough to be adopted. The picture above are the two most recent babies - Tiny Head on the left and 南池 (nan-chi).
