Time Inventory
Here are two sheets If you’d like to keep a time log going forward!
Time Inventory - 1 Hour intervals
The first time sheet breaks down your day into 1 hour intervals. Tracking each hour is fairly easy to do, but the data you record on how you spent your time will be more generalized.
The second time sheet breaks your day into 30 minute intervals. Tracking each 30 minute window is more challenging, but the data you record on how you spent your time will be more specific.
Pareto’s Law - Remember, 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts
Zone of Genius - Dedicate time to your Z.O.G., The sweet spot where your innate talents, passions, and purpose align. What you are exceptionally good at.
Consider someone in your field or industry you admire... What would you say is the skill and activity their uniquely gifted at doing?
