Perform a calendar reflection to get a better sense of where you’ve been spending your time. Share your answers in the program slack channel when you are done!

Part 1 - Time Mapping

Duration: 10-15 minutes

Goals

Gain insight into where you spend your time each day so you can make better scheduling and time management decisions in alignment with your priorities and goals.

Review the activities you’ve performed over the past two weeks using your calendar to get a sense of how you’ve been spending your time.
List out the activities below.

(Note - if your calendar doesn’t accurately reflect your past two weeks, do your best to work from memory.)

Time Inventory

Here are two sheets If you’d like to keep a time log going forward!

Time Inventory - 1 Hour intervals
The first time sheet breaks down your day into 1 hour intervals. Tracking each hour is fairly easy to do, but the data you record on how you spent your time will be more generalized.

Time Inventory - 30 Minute Intervals
The second time sheet breaks your day into 30 minute intervals. Tracking each 30 minute window is more challenging, but the data you record on how you spent your time will be more specific.
