Intro
Hola! I’m Catalina. I live in San Antonio, TX, but a native of New York City. I would say that I have been so long in SA that I consider myself a Texan now. I am currently working for a Minneapolis health care company called Bright Health Group, and my new and current role is a DesignOps Manager. I’ve been in the design industry for over 20+ years and have held various roles, including designer, producer, project manager, and the most recent DesignOps manager.

My go-to question is, “what has been your favorite vacation or where would you love to go on vacation”.
I ask this for two reasons; one, it gets people to a happy place before putting them to work and two, I selfishly like to hear about new places for me to go visit. (I love to travel).
