🧠 Stage 1: Backend Architecture Mapping – Design-Led Perspective
🎯 Objectives
• Seamless Integration between media building, DAM, approval view, and workflow tools
• Modular Architecture with clear boundaries for scalable development
• Custom Configurations for templates, product sync, UTM automation, and Slack triggers
📦 Modular Breakdown
• Define core modules (media building, DAM, approval view, workflow)
• Outline shared services (auth, logging, API gateway)
• Establish clean interface contracts between modules for flexibility across views (table, Kanban, grid, etc.)
🗺 Mapping Approach
• Visual architecture diagrams (Figma/Miro)
• Map data flows from approval to ad launch, including Slack automation
• Define customizable backend logic for product autofill, ad copy modules, and reusable setup templates
🎨 Stage 2: UI Design System + MVP Prototype
In this phase, we’re establishing our visual language and building the core product UI, with influence from Attio and Clay (clean, functional, non-decorative UI).

• Define all interaction states (hover, active, focus, disabled)
• Transitions + responsive behavior
• Turn architecture map into a checklist for design + dev alignment
🚀 Objectives
• Speed up dev handoff with documented, ready-to-code components
• Validate the product experience through an interactive MVP
• Ensure scalability & UI consistency via top-down design logic
🧱 Stage 3: Ongoing Design – Top-Down Completion
We’ll continue designing downward from the system, applying the core visual language to remaining pages.
• Complete core screens + edge case views
• Finalize layout systems, utilities, and final components
• I’ll supervise this stage directly to keep fidelity high and ensure consistency
🤝 Value Exchange & Reduced Rate
My standard rate is $150/hr, but I’m reducing it in exchange for:
• 🎯 Help with relaunching Luma (ad angles, launch strategy)
• 💻 Support with website structure + design feedback
• 📈 Ad setup guidance and creative strategy
• 📊 Ongoing performance analytics (what to change, when to change it)
