Candidate Rating: Our AI tool assigns a rating to each candidate based on their qualifications and experience relative to the job description. This rating, on a scale of 1-100, offers a quick reference for assessing a candidate's potential suitability for the role. The rating categories are weighted as follows:
Alignment with Job Description - 30
Fulfillment of Desirable Requirements - 25
Fulfillment of Minimum Requirements - 25
Alignment with Job Industry - 10
Presence of Important Keywords - 10
Candidate Group: In order to improve organization and facilitate quick reference, candidates are assigned to various groups based on their received rating scores.
Voting Mechanism: To facilitate team decision-making, we have implemented a voting mechanism. Team members can vote for candidates they consider promising. This promotes collaborative hiring decisions and ensures that all perspectives are taken into account.
