STEP 3 – Loan Submission
• Review the general needs list below and upload the conditions. This can be completed while you’re waiting for the signed disclosures to come back.
• Once conditions are uploaded and the signed disclosures are received, go to ‘Status’ and select ‘Submit to Loan Setup’.
• Loan Setup will review the loan and will confirm if the loan has been submitted for Underwriting review or if there are missing documents.
