We do our best to assess all eligible shows, however, we cannot guarantee to assess productions with less than 4 weeks notice before Press Night.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO PROCESSING FEES
In 15 years of the Offies, we have never charged a penny. Last year we trialled a voluntary contribution model, but uptake was unfortunately too low to sustain the administrative and technological demands of a year-round assessment system.
Following consultation with venues and producers in 2025, a small processing fee will be introduced this year to help cover essential costs.
Fully paid-up will not have fees applied to productions at their venues.
These changes are about sustainability, not profit — and about ensuring OffWestEnd can continue to operate at the scale and standard the sector deserves.
