Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Enhancing employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity through effective engagement initiatives.
HR Process Optimisation: Streamlining HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as onboarding, benefits administration, and leave management. This will be crucial as we’ve to new employee’s this quarter.
Employee Well-being and Work-Life Balance: Prioritising employee well-being, work-life balance, and implementing initiatives to support mental health and overall wellness.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and managing HR-related risks.
By having OKRs our main motive is to align employees with overall business objectives, and a culture of continuous improvement.
