FAQ

Do you deliver and pick up? Yes. Delivery and pickup are available across the greater Los Angeles area. Contact us for a custom quote based on your venue location.

How far in advance should I book? For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Smaller events can often be arranged with less notice depending on availability.

Do you set up the equipment on site? Yes, full setup and breakdown services are available for tents, dance floors, staging and lighting. Standard rentals include drop-off and pickup.

What happens if equipment is damaged during my event? We offer optional damage waivers. Without a waiver, the renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal use. Full terms are included in the rental agreement.

Can I see the inventory before renting? Yes. Our showroom in Hawthorne is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. Walk-ins are welcome.
