Peanut noodles
8 ounces of spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of chopped peanuts (optional)
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
While noodles are cooking, make the sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Drain the cooked noodles and rinse with cold water.
Toss the noodles with the peanut sauce until evenly coated.
Serve topped with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Tofu stir fry
Tofu
Soy sauce
Cornstarch
Garlic

Oil
Drain and press tofu to remove excess water.
Cut tofu into small cubes and toss with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add tofu to the skillet and cook until crispy and browned on all sides.
Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Return tofu to the skillet and add soy sauce.
Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
20-25 minutes.

Big salad
For a big salad, you will need lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, and your choice of dressing.
Wash and chop lettuce into bite-sized pieces
Dice tomatoes and cucumbers
Peel and slice carrots
Finely chop onions
Mix all vegetables together in a large bowl
Add dressing of your choice and toss to coat evenly
It should take around 10-15 minutes to make this recipe.
