Returns

Returns are created by reducing the quantity of PICKED Sale Order lines

In order to submit a return, the Returned Qty must match the Qty to Return

When more than one material # is shown on the Return, you must specify which material #(s) are being returned, and specify a quantity for each

The “To Parent” button can be used to return the quantity back to the material # it was picked from

If you leave the “To Parent” button deselected, this will create an amended material # for the quantity that’s returned

Split Material can be used to return material in different sizes that it was picked

The return to parent button will default to ON when returning box or item products.

When the ‘to parent’ is deselected, material will be returned with an amended sequence, given by the system, taking the next available sequence.
