Option 1: From List View
Open the Work Order List View [] To assign an installer to a single job, simply select the installer field and choose the installer. As soon as they’re selected, they’ve been assigned. [] To assign an installer to multiple work orders at once, select all the Work Orders and click “Assign Installer” from the pop-up Action Menu [] To change the Assigned Installer, select the Work Order checkbox and choose “Assign Installer” from the Action Menu.
Option 2: From Work Order Detail View
From the list view, click on a Work Order number to open a detailed view In the top right, click “Assign Installer”
Assigning 2 Installers to One Job
Open the Detailed Work Order view Click on the Services Tab Click on the double arrow icon next to the assigned installer’s name Select the installer that you want to assign to each line.
