Transition of content to Articulate Rise
Training / Needs Analysis
Current content evaluation, addition, removal and adjustment
Increased interactivity and engagement
Core Questions
What features/methods of the current training are well-received, and should be retained or amplified?
What are the pain points of the current training?
What is causing them, and how can they be corrected?
What are the broad strokes of student feedback?
Where can interactivity and engagement be added, without simply increasing click-counts?
What are the broad student groups that use this training? Can it be personalized to different learner experiences?
