Liz, this is a prototype of the AP Data document. It is incomplete for now as I wanted your feedback prior to finalizing all the data. I'm sending this fairly early so you can play around with it. Below are a list of questions/thoughts/tasks that I have for you.

Do we want to delete students with no schools? (Guessing they moved?); also, what if they don’t have grades but they do have a school?

How do we want to organize their grades data? Average? Semester by semester? What comparisons do you want to make with it?

Student 201112404, 201002892 shows up with no pathway - listed as just school - sure there’s more. What do we do with it? Just leave the pathways blank?

0 scores vs blanks? What does this mean and do we need to take any actions on this?

Calc BC - can you ‘only’ take calc AB subscore test? It looks like no, but just wanted to be 100% sure.

Test/Class changes YoY? - What trends do you want to compare - we will need to save a ‘snapshot’ of the year’s data because of possible changes to tests/classes
