The Master Rate was changed from 2,800 to 2,380 for Deluxe Room Only. Increment for Room with Breakfast is 296.96.
Khun Mo asked us to revise the Room with Breakfast (CP) master rate plan as following;

Cottage River View Room THB 990
Superior Triple Room THB 1,200 EP Rate Plan will be hidden in Chanel Manager’s Update Rate menu for the time being.Season Factor for April was changed from 1.5 to 1.0 . For Booking Engine’s pay at hotel option, Khun Mo asked to add the Credit Card details form.
Search Function:The “Search” menu in PMS allows searching by guest name only.Issue: Cannot search by booking ID.Dashboard Date Filter:Issue: Date filter is fixed and cannot be adjusted; only shows data after “close day” time.Nationality Report:Issue: No nationality report available in PMS, and nationality data is not displayed on the dashboard.Company Name Input:Issue: PMS only accepts English alphabets (no Thai characters).Example: “Booking.com Ltd.” becomes “bookingcom”.Company Performance Report:Issue: Report incorrectly includes “Walk-in” guests under company performance.Internal Note Field:Issue: Column size for internal notes is too small, difficult to read/write.Edit Booking Invoice:Issue: Can only edit invoices for bookings with current check-in date; cannot edit future bookings.Discount Reporting:Issue: No report available to summarize monthly discounts or total discount amounts given.Submit Button on iPad:Issue: Submit button is not functioning properly on iPad devices.Booking Source Filter:Issue: PMS reports cannot filter between “offline” and “online” bookings.OTA Source Filtering:Issue: Arrival report shows all bookings together; cannot filter by OTA/segment.Split Payment:Issue: PMS does not support splitting payments.
Stop Sell Filter:Issue: The “Stop Sell” function forces all rooms/OTAs to be updated at once.Cannot filter by room type or OTA individually.
