In short these are the steps of the RPM system:
Capture
Chunk similar things that go together
Determine the outcome of these chunks
Prioritize these outcomes based on impact towards your goals/what you want
Select the 20% providing 80% impact

Plan it out into many discrete actionable steps and take massive action on it now and daily.
