Discuss Puzzle, Hurdles
Seek alternative perspectives and feedback, even disagreement
Decisions to make together?
Deliverables we need by next deadline
Action items and Assigned to who and due by when
Team Check out (”what are you working on?” “how can we support you?”)

Post Meeting

Follow up email with meeting notes, action items, deadlines, event invites.
