When you first start at Kaizen360, you'll be paired with a buddy/mentor to help you settle into our company. They'll provide you with a comprehensive overview of what to expect during your initial months and will schedule daily meetings to ensure you stay on course.

If you ever have something on your mind, whether it's a question, feedback, or any concerns, please feel free to talk to our Senior Director. Your thoughts on how things are going and your happiness whilst working are important to us, and we want you to feel comfortable discussing them.
How does the progression work?
Progression in your career here is based on certain criteria. In your first week, our Senior Director will hold a meeting to explain these criteria to you. Once you're familiar with them, it's your chance to take the initiative and make use of the resources available to you to move forward in your career.
How often are performance reviews held?
We conduct performance reviews every day to help you grow and improve quickly. It's important to be honest during these reviews so we can provide you with the best guidance to boost your performance. Don't hesitate to seek advice and be proactive about improving your skills and work.

No, most of our agents typically use public transport to get to their client meetings within Greater Manchester. If You Drive:
If you prefer to drive, you can find parking on the nearby streets close to our office. You'll only need to park for a few hours before heading out to your client meetings. Weekly social events
As part of our culture, we have regular weekly social events. From team nights to team breakfast there are always opportunities to build stronger relationships with our team. We're excited to share your first team night experience with us.
Holidays and time off
At our company, you have the flexibility to take as many holidays as you need. The key is to make sure your work doesn't get affected and your KPIs are met. We appreciate it if you could let us know at least one week in advance when you plan to take time off. This helps us plan effectively.
