Leadership Expectations

Expectations of a leader:
Expectations – Stay the course
Requalify for leadership weekly – Carry on setting the pace in the areas you can control – pitch, pace, and attitude.
Key area focus – every week we should be learning.
You are the mothership – remain strong for your team to grow. Keep learning, setting goals and having improved yourself.
Attach your own oxygen mask first – I can’t help others unless I’m hitting my goals in the field, help yourself and then help others.
Universal Truths of Leadership
****The field – Will always require hard work and focus. Never stop setting goals and breaking down your day. There is always time to improve.
****Recruitment – It takes 100 interviews to find 10 business partners. People will act interested in the role and then change their mind. Just like the field, we maintain our attitude and find our yeses.
****Development – People will start in your business. They will say they are willing to do what it takes but then change their mind. Just like the field, we maintain our attitude and find our yeses.
****The goal is to focus on the individuals matching your effort and applying the information they receive. They will become future owners in your organisation.
