Do’s and Don’ts

Do:

Promote your crew’s goals and vision: get your people to have their own vision. Don’t just promote yours. Promote the team vision.

Call on Sunday: Everyone knows to do it but do we? It is so important to set the tone for the next week. Training for when you run the deal.

Team get together: Watch football, go to a game

Birthdays: Show that you care

Meet family, friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, spouse: Help educate those close to them.

Don’t:

Party with your crew: Need to gain business relationship first. Lose instant respect.

Play favorites: Have favorites but they are the one getting the job done. May change week to week.

Get complacent: Business is all momentum

**Spend time with the wrong people. Jack Welch vitality curve 10 % solution. Always be replacing yourself always looking for the next guy!!
