Induction - Expectations

Ask them what they believe leadership is, and what a leader is/does
Explain in turn that

o You are part of the office foundations
o You are part of the office support system
o Are you the living breathing example of the things we talk about in the morning meeting o Not showing wrong habits, or weakness. Not losing attitude publicly

Interview and train not to build a team but to learn how to build one. It’s ok not to know how to do certain things, will get there though. First 20 all practice

What happens if miss leadership one, two or three weeks in a row
Create some small goals for moving into training and recruitment to create the same focus/goals
and hence progression we had at stage 1

Getting leaders who now have skill and understanding to where they are building and maintaining a crew, not turning people over or just making basic new leader mistakes any more.
