Bio:
Nikhil Raghuveera is Head of Strategy and Innovation at the Celo Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting the development of the Celo blockchain. Celo is a carbon-negative, permissionless, layer-1 protocol accessible to anyone with a mobile phone and features 1,000+ projects within the payments, DeFi, ReFi, and NFT sectors. He is also a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's GeoTech and GeoEconomics Centers, a leading think tank focused on global policy and international affairs. Nikhil graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
