David is a technology investor, financier, founder, and operator with over 25 years experience. Most recently, he co-built the startup teams at AWS and Stripe. Prior, he was the founder of two companies; he financed and sold the second, after which he was the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Comcast Ventures and Broadway Video Ventures. David began his career on Wall Street where he built the Internet research and investment banking practice at Furman Selz (acquired by ING Barings) and joined Hambrecht & Quist (acquired by JPMorgan Chase) prior to moving to the buyside to invest in technology stocks. David is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees from the Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He is an active startup advisor, angel investor, and LP in several venture capital funds.
