There’s no one-size-fits-all definition for what a team win or milestone could look like. The general guidance is to track any action or event that is significant to the team’s goal. (Example, but not limited to: A platform or product launch, the start or completion of a project / program, new optimizations to existing processes and much more...)

How to Submit a Win

First, select your Team to populate the Department Name.

Second, provide some Win / Milestone information:

Short Description of what the win / milestone is all about.

Month / Quarter of when the win / milestone happened.

Who Submitted? Add yourself (and a colleague or two) in this column so we know the point-of-contact(s) for this submission.

This moment calls for some celebration. Pick a Feeling to mark the occasion. This will generate a Spotify song link and GIF. 🎉

Optional, add any Extra Notes to support your description (links etc.)
