If you already have an account

Visit

www.cranetool.org⁠

and click “CRANE Login” button circled in red below to login with your existing account.

To login, enter the email address you signed up with and your password and click ‘Continue’.

⁠

If you have forgotten you password, you can click ‘Forgot password’.

⁠

You can then enter the email address that you signed up with and click continue.

⁠

Once you have clicked ‘Continue,’ you should see the following page confirming that an email with instructions to reset your password has been sent.

Go to your inbox and search for an email from support@cranetool.org. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder as it might have arrived in your spam. It can take several minutes for this email to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive, you can click ‘Resend email’. Failure to receive the password reset email may also suggest that your CRANE tool account is under a different email address.

In the email, click confirm or copy and paste the URL in your browser to change your password. Enter a new password and click ‘Reset password’.

If you are directed to the page below, this means that the link has already been used and you should repeat the process above to get a new link.
