Prelaunch Checklist

Here’s a list of checks that we recommend prior to going live with Vetstoria. These items will be double-checked on your last call prior to launch. You're at the finish line!
The availability, appointment types, species, and schedules.
The time slots available online match availability in the PIMS calendar.
The appointment booked online appears in the PIMS calendar at the expected date/time and the correct vet/room.
Rescheduling and cancellation notification to pet owners.
Have your team test:
Provide the test link to your front desk team.
Ask them to book two appointments online:
One for their pet.
Create a new client booking.
