Three sessions. Three weeks. Built for designers ready to land the role.
Who this is for
You're a strong designer. You know your craft. But when it comes to articulating your value, framing your work for a business audience, or walking someone through your pitch with confidence, something breaks down.
The Pitch Intensive is for designers who are actively looking for their next role and want to approach that search with clarity and a strong point of view, not just a portfolio link and a hope for the best.
What we work on
Session 1: Positioning and Narrative
Most designers struggle to answer the question: what makes you different? We work through your background, your strengths, and the kind of work you do best to build a clear positioning statement and a narrative you can actually use. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Session 2: The Pitch Deck
A portfolio shows work. A pitch deck tells a story. We build out the structure of your pitch deck using a proven framework, focused on how to select and frame your case studies, what a hiring manager or client actually needs to see, and how to present your work in a way that lands.
Session 3: Speaking the Language of Business
This is where most designers lose ground to less skilled candidates who communicate better. We work on how to talk about design from a business perspective. How to connect your decisions to outcomes. How to answer the questions that non-designers ask in a final round. And how to walk into any room and be understood.
What you walk away with
A clear positioning statement you can use across your portfolio, LinkedIn, and interviews A structured pitch deck built around your specific background and target role A framework for translating design work into business language Confidence in how you present yourself, not just what you show Investment
