PHASE 2:
Extended Capabilities Deployment Checklist - Verified Execution (April 2026)
Extended Capabilities build on the core system to support deeper analysis, enhanced transparency, and more sophisticated governance workflows. These capabilities are fully implemented and configurable, allowing deployments to adapt ClearTrace to specific institutional, legal, or sectoral contexts.
1. Transparency & Engagement
Capabilities that enhance public visibility, stakeholder communication, and evidentiary trust through exportable reports, real-time alerts, and cryptographic provenance tracking.
2. Governance & Compliance
Capabilities that enable institutional customization of engagement rules, cross-instance data governance, and structured moderation workflows for evidentiary review.
Phase 2 Deployment Readiness
All Phase 2 UI components are fully built and functional. Each capability page exists with complete interaction patterns. However, all pages currently operate on mock/demo data pending authentication implementation.
Frontend-to-Backend Wiring Status
Once authentication is implemented, each page below can be connected to live Supabase queries with minimal effort.
⚠️ Single Blocker: Authentication
• No authentication layer exists, preventing RLS enforcement
• All Supabase tables, policies, and functions are deployed and waiting
• Wiring each page to live data is straightforward once auth is in place
Summary
Phase 2 Extended Capabilities are fully implemented at the UI layer with complete interaction patterns and component architectures. The backend schema supports all capabilities. The single remaining step to activate live data across all Phase 2 features is implementing Supabase authentication, which will unlock RLS-enforced queries and role-based data access for every page.
