Emotions & Energy

The Emotions We Feel Become The Energy We Emit
Our thoughts affect our emotions and therefore it is only through thoughts that we are able to climb the emotional scale. The first and most critical step is to become aware of where you currently are on the scale and then consciously bring awareness to the thought patterns alongside the beliefs tied to them.
When we’re living in the energy of joy, we’re allowing ourselves to be Super Attractors. The closer we are to the emotion of joy, the more easily we attract what we want.
But what about when we’re really far from joy? When we feel desperate, fearful, or powerless we attract what we don’t want. In these situations, it’s not wise to try to leap up the emotional scale as fast as possible, because when you’re in a negative place, high-vibe thoughts won’t resonate and we usually regret decisions made when we are low on the scale, So instead of trying to leap through the scale, gently guide through it, taking one small step at a time.
How can you tell where you are on the scale?
Communication: “Are you constantly thinking and saying what you won’t or can’t do instead of focusing on positive resolutions?” Are you eager to express what you CAN do to find a compromise”? Are you waiting for others to tell you their wishes and needs so you can decide which you disagree with? Are others met with disdain when they express to you their thoughts and desires, only to be told by you that their wishes are absurd? Do you truly listen to the other with empathy and love in your heart?
Emotions: Do you spend more time on being offended by the actions of others or do you focus on the positive aspects of a situation or person/partner?
Respite: Do you find yourself looking for short-term relief, thinking that something external is the answer to moving up the emotional scale? Are these actions something you can share with those close to you?
