Your energy body flared up and you looked at me as if I had overstepped your boundary or something. I then asked if you didn’t like that idea based on how you responded, and you said that that's not what you would want cause you couldn't see yourself continuing to work on this configuration much longer either, so you weren't even seeing that as an option. The reason I even came up with this possible solution was because I was trying everything to explore the possibility of shifting my feelings around how this could possibly work - considering how I genuinely have been starting to feel about living in a community and co-creating with them.
However what didn’t add up to me was days later when I began to see how collaborative and supportive of Keala and Norm you are being around everything in such a way I began to perceive it was tied directly into your personal agenda of wanting to make sure you received their support for your business venture with Trevor that you were planning to propose. I personally started to feel how you were pushing for this business venture during the center point of the most fragile and vulnerable moment where all energy should have stayed directed towards the continuation of the renewal tracks - and its intended clearing and healing of the collective wounding that is still living and breathing at the core. To me this is where among the other reasons I resigned, it became apparent what was taking place that felt out of integrity with our goals that we had been building energy towards for 6 -7 months at this point.
I was excited for you and Trevor for sure, and thought you were planning to propose once we moved through the business renewal process and reset the container for emerging and future business development orientation. To be honest this felt very self serving and disregarding the reality of the situation, and all we have been working towards. Not only to mention 1% would not be considered a regenerative business model for Atlan in the context of a regenerative enterprise ecosystem.
