Each time I mentioned things around this you were more wanting to focus on getting water and any other additional infrastructure at Flying Pear and had more of an energetic focus on supporting Norm with Rowena to build out the road. I assume at this point you wanting to focus on the infrastructure at flying pear was most likely directly correlated with your personal agenda to get the Shroomery set up there - as that was the initial spot you were going for until you spoke with Norm.
Felt resistance regarding getting the Renewal Proposal finalized and out to the SC. I know some processing between you and I needed to happen before we you felt you could finish co-creating around it yet however I could feel how you weren't truly energetically wanting to get behind it fully.
When I was finishing up the brand guidelines and shared it would be good to set up a design charrette to go deeper into the brand book through creating individual moodboards that we would bring together and dialogue around - in order to capture more of the essence of the brand in a collaborative way, You expressed you were not in favor of this design charette happening. So I didn’t suggest we do it.
Felt a resistance to you wanting me to finish the things I had been working on for months with the intention to close out this contract with integrity once I resigned. From the website to the business model for the rentals among other things, yet I didn’t know you were having meetings with others from which you weren’t transparent about during these last few months that makes more sense around why you were trying to push me out so quickly and clarifying you needed very little from me to close out the contract.
When I mentioned I would like to have closing at the next SC meeting, you mentioned you didn't feel it was the best place to do that because you guys had other things you felt were important to tend to considering how hard it is to get everyone together. Which of course ended up being the Shroomery business and Rowena Wildlife you are pushing to get approved. 2 major developments when we agreed to slowing down on the big developments to move through more of a renewal process.
