Purpose: Capture, analyze, and visualize key system signals across governance, feedback, resource allocation, and user participation to support adaptive decision-making.

Early Metric Types:

Proposal throughput & resolution time

Holon activity levels (actions, decisions, simulations)

Feedback volume by urgency or category

Role participation metrics (by holon, domain)

Trust signal overlays (if reputation system is scoped)
