1. Welcome and Introduction

Practitioner Checklist:
Send Welcome Email with program overview, expectations, and contact information.
Schedule a call to discuss client goals, clarify the program structure, and answer any questions.
Provide the onboarding packet (PDF or online resource).
Schedule the initial onboarding call.
Discuss optional add-ons with the client.
Provide key contact information for ongoing support.
Confirm preferred communication method. (Confirm whether the client prefers email, phone, or video.)

2. Client Agreement & Payment

Send Review program agreement, including terms, conditions, and disclaimers.
Confirm the client’s payment structure and preferred option:
Program Fee: $750 ?
Chakra Foundations Course: $250 ?
Pay-as-you-go: $200/session or prepay all sessions ?
Review and collect the signed program service agreement payment
Send Invoice Receipt to verify payment completion

3. Access to Program Materials
