In the Quarterly Goals section, we outline our intended goals for development over the course of a 3 month period. Each goal is accompanied by clear metrics and action plans, ensuring accountability and facilitating an effective monitoring of progress. By delineating our goals on a quarterly basis, we enable focused efforts, agile adaptation, and continuous advancement towards achieving our goals.
Goals are short and long-term strategies or guidelines that explain what you want to achieve in your organization. Goals are often referred to as SMART goals, which are a list of principles to guide crafting an objective. SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
