stand for Objectives and Key Results. In this goal-setting system, objectives define what we seek to achieve; key results are how those top-priority goals will be attained with specific, measurable actions within a set time frame.
They link objectives across silos to unify and strengthen the organization through focused effort that fosters coordination. In addition to this template, check out other to help your team track OKRs.
OKRs use a less specific, more aspirational objective with specific key results to reach the objective. They are split into two parts: an Objective (the “what”) and Key Results (the “how”). Objectives are general, inspirational aims, while key results are time-based metrics for gauging success.
