For the past 10 years, I have been building Consciously Concepted, a creative agency focused on conscious innovation and evolutionary design. As a futurist visionary, I’m driven by creating projects that elevate consciousness, awaken the heart, and regenerate the planet. Throughout this decade, I’ve been studying how to integrate the sacred sciences of creation into evolutionary design science, which now serve as the foundation for guiding my creative development processes and project execution, ensuring each initiative aligns with ancient wisdom and serves a higher purpose.

As Creative Director and Producer, I lead each stage of my projects with a blend of intuitive vision and strategic insight, ensuring that every element embodies the principles of evolutionary design and conscious innovation. My process includes thorough research to define project scopes, manage timelines, assess opportunities, budget finances, and develop market strategies that enrich and serve our relationship with one another and Mother Earth’s creation. Through Conceptual Design, I craft visuals that transcend aesthetics, bringing depth and purpose to inspire conscious awareness and action. By collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, I foster creativity, accountability, and synergy throughout the project development lifecycle, guiding projects to meet strategic goals while promoting conscious business practices that cultivate an enlightened organizational culture.
In organizational design, I play a pivotal role as a living systems architect, crafting and optimizing structures that harmonize operational workflows with organizational culture. Leveraging a deep understanding of both creative and operational processes, I cultivate ecosystems where innovation thrives alongside resource optimization and continuous improvement. My role as both Creative Director and Creative Producer involves providing visionary input throughout each project phase, ensuring that every step reflects these evolutionary design practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I foster creativity, collaboration, and accountability throughout the product development lifecycle. By managing timelines, budgets, and resources, I guide projects to meet strategic goals through conscious business practices that cultivate an enlightened organizational culture.
In organizational design, I play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing structures and processes based on the design science to support the operations and management of a project/ organization in alignment with conscious evolution. This requires a deep understanding of both creative and operational workflows, fostering collaborative environments, ensuring efficient resource management, and driving continuous improvement. I balance the fostering of creative innovation with operational efficiency, regenerative growth, and strategic planning to actualize innovative projects forward.
